Policies (Payment, Refund & Course Terms)

1) Course Fee

The course fee for the Digital Marketing Course (3 Months) is Rs 40,000.

2) Payment Policy

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash or other approved digital methods.
  • An official receipt will be issued for every payment.

Installment Payments

  • Installment payment options are available.
  • Installment structure and due dates will be shared during counselling.
  • All installments must be paid on or before the agreed due dates.
  • Delay in payment may result in temporary suspension of class access until dues are cleared.

Seat Confirmation

  • A seat is confirmed only after receipt of the first payment or full course fee.
  • Seats are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Fee Revision

  • Course fees are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Fees once paid will not be affected by future revisions.

3) Refund Policy

Before Course Start

  • If a student cancels enrollment before the batch start date, a refund may be considered after deducting an administration/registration fee.

After Course Start

  • No refunds will be provided once the course has started.
  • This includes partial attendance, non-attendance, or discontinuation for personal reasons.

Installment Payments

  • Installments paid after course commencement are non-refundable.
  • Students are responsible for completing all agreed installment payments even if they discontinue.

Missed Classes

  • No refunds for missed classes.
  • Study materials or alternative batch options may be provided at management discretion.

Institute-Initiated Cancellation

  • If the institute cancels a batch before it begins, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
  • If a batch is rescheduled, students will be informed and may choose to continue.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

4) Attendance & Batch Policy

  • Classes are conducted Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
  • Each session includes 1 hour of theory and 1 hour of practical training.
  • Batch transfers or changes are subject to availability and management approval.

5) Certificate Policy

  • A course completion certificate will be issued after:
    • Completion of the course, and
    • Submission of the final project.

6) Internship & Placement Disclaimer

  • We provide career guidance, interview preparation, and portfolio support.
  • We do not guarantee placements.
  • Unpaid internship opportunities, if offered, are performance-based and subject to availability.
  • Internship or placement support cannot be used as grounds for a refund.

7) Communication

  • All official communication will be shared via the phone number, WhatsApp, or email provided during enrollment.

8) Acceptance of Policies

  • By submitting the enrollment form and/or making any payment, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
